Mr. Tue practices and has substantial experience of litigation in civil, labor and economic contract disputes cases. He advised and represented clients in kinds of contractual disputes, and other legal issues relating to clients’ business transactions including: Obayashi Corporation, Kumho Saigon JVC, Seung-Il Co., Ltd., Saint Rémy, Kolon, Elf Atochem (Atofina), Hyosung, Citibank N.A., P&G, Saigon Wonderland, Saigon Post & Telecommunication Joint – Stock Company, etc…

Mr. Tue was the attorney for Tyco Services Singapore Pte. Ltd., (U.S. nationality) in the most concerned lawsuit of application for recognition and enforcement in VietNam of 2 awards of the arbitrator of Queensland, Australia regarding dispute on construction investment against HVT (currently, Leighton Contractors). Mr. Tue has rendered legal consultancy to Nutriway (France) in dispute regarding construction contract against Adage (France), Mekong Mechanical Factory. Mr. Tue also protected legitmate rights for Inter Art Saigon in the Saigon Domain project construction contract settlement with Sacidelta.

Mr. Tue has participated in rendering legal advice and protected Viet-Uc Ready Mixed against Viet-Thiess in the Phu My 3 Power Plant Project in Baria – Vung Tau.

Mr. Tue is pleading for one of the related parties in the Truong Van Cam case, the biggest criminal trial ever in the country.
